My license is not activating, why?

When you register for Complete Dynamics license, on the get license page or Buy license page. If the submission is successful, you will receive a detailed license email, at your email ID or mobile number.

Please make sure to save this email, at a safe place, for future reference.

Now, open your Complete Dynamics software. Click help on the menu bar, then click User and license.
A new dialogue box will open. Now, from the license details, copy the information and paste it in the user and license box.
Any mis-match will result in non-activation of license.

There are many different reasons, why your software becomes Browser edition. The most common reason is

• The most common reason is spelling mistake.
• Second most common reason is, entering first name in last name, and last name in the first name.
• Other common reason is gmail becomes q mail, or another email is used instead of the registerd email. Therefore, make sure you copy paste the license information, instead of typing it manually.

Another reason why your software can become browser edition, is change of license number. Therefore, match the license number, in the license details, that you received via email. Yet another reason can be, you have downloaded a version for which you are not entitled, and your support and upgrade
